• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Explain the menu and provide recommendations for gelato flavors
• Take orders and ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage payment transactions accurately
Requirements
• Proficiency in English
• Have a good attitude and ability to work in a team
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Willing to work on a shift system, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
