Job Descriptions
• Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
• Producing high quality plating both from the design and taste wise
• Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way to meet the quality standards
• Filling in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Managing and training kitchen staffs, establishing working schedule and assessing staff’s performance
• Ordering supplies and managing stock inventory
• Complying with and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• To be assigned at Dua Sisi Kitchen & Bar
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Party
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
