Provide leadership and guidance to the Operation Manager at each hotel to ensure consistent performance and guest satisfaction
Develop, implement, and oversee corporate-level operational strategies and standards
Monitor and analyze performance metrics for each property, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Act as a liaison between hotel management teams and the corporate office
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with departments to optimize resources and drive efficiency.
Lead initiatives to enhance guest experiences, operational workflows, and financial outcomes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-property management role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
Proficient in operational analysis and strategic planning.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences"
