Job Descriptions
• Provide technical support for all IT systems across six hotel properties, including computers, networks, telecommunication systems, and property management systems (PMS).
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring all systems are secure, up-to-date, and operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for hotel staff and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and data security protocols for hotel employees.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software across all hotel units.
• Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery processes are in place and functional.
• Monitor and ensure internet and Wi-Fi connectivity is optimized for guest satisfaction across all properties.
• Collaborate with hotel management to assess IT needs, recommend improvements, and implement new technologies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain cyber security measures.
• Maintain documentation for all IT assets, processes, and configurations.
• Provide training and technical support to hotel staff as needed
Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role, ideally within a multi-unit or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, server management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data protection and cyber security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage IT support across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
