Job Descriptions
• Manage and maintain MEP project documents, such as contracts, progress reports, and technical drawings.
• Prepare and organize MEP team work schedules based on project requirements.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding equipment procurement and services.
• Ensure the completeness of administrative documents related to MEP equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Store and update project data in the internal management system.
Requirements
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in MEP project administration or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of MEP technical principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
