Job Descriptions
• Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, such as arranging transportation, booking reservations, or providing additional amenities.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional demeanor throughout their stay.
• Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Requirements
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum education Diploma I related major.
• Have a year of experience in the same position.
• Have strong leadership, and skills to speak English.
• Hands-on team player with a positive attitude, hard worker, and discipline.
• Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
• Able to join immediately.
