Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive English training programs tailored to the needs of different departments within the hotel.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for staff members to enhance their language skills, focusing on hospitality industry-related vocabulary, service excellence, and effective guest communication.
Customize training materials and sessions to address specific needs in guest handling, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a high level of service.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust methodologies as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Collaborate with department heads to identify language training needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English language training, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hospitality-related terminology, service excellence, and guest handling techniques.
Experience in developing training materials and conducting engaging training sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in corporate training will be advantageous.
