Job Descriptions

Lead the end-to-end management of the 5-star hotel construction project, from planning through to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the project meets the company’s standards for quality and luxury.
Manage the project budget, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring the project stays on track.
Oversee on-site construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to track milestones and address any challenges.
Provide clear and regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and timeline.
Ensure that the construction aligns with the vision of a 5-star beach hotel, incorporating luxury elements into design and execution.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process and adjust plans as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale hotel or hospitality construction projects.
Strong understanding of high-end construction methodologies, luxury design standards, scheduling, and budgeting.
Experience with hotel construction near coastal areas is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with CAD tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
Knowledge of local building codes and coastal construction regulations.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
